Devikulam By Air : The nearest airport is located at Kochi, which is around 150 km from the town. Prepaid taxis are available from the airport and they cost between Rs 7 and Rs 12 per km. This is the best option for those who are arriving by air.
Devikulam By Bus : There are many State Transport buses that are available from Kochi and Kottayam. Tickets are cheap and they cost around Rs 50 for the trip. Buses are generally slow and they find it difficult to climb the steep slopes. As they are the main mode of transport to the place, they might be crowded and finding seating may be difficult. This might not be a comfortable way to travel to the place.
