Delhi is the capital of India that is blended with a wide range of tourist destinations that can be visited at anytime of the year. Every year various tourists come to Delhi to visit the best places. So, here’s a sneak peek on the most visited places of Delhi:

Red Fort– It is of no doubt that Red Fort is the first choice of the travellers and the most visited tourist place in Delhi. The Delhi fort was built in 1639 by Mughal emperor Shahjahan, and is one of the famous historical monuments of India. The fort is made from red stones and marbles. Here you can see a group of travellers at any day. The place is close to Old Delhi and New Delhi railway stations, so number of tourists can come and see the place.

Jama Masjid– as India entails history of all religions, Jama Masjid is the faith symbol of our Muslim community. It was built in the year 1650 by Mughal emperor Shahjahan, who built Taj Mahal and Red Fort. As per the statistics, it took almost 13 years to build this Masjid. It is one of the biggest, famous and the most beautiful mosques of India, and even Asia. Here you can see the excellent example of engineering of Mughal architecture and arts on marbles and stones. India Gate- India Gate is one among the national monuments of India that was built by Indian/ British soldiers who lost their lives during World War 1 to save the prominence of this supreme dynasty. It is located in very charming area and is surrounded by lush green lawns. It exudes positive energy and especially if you visit in night, you’ll see flood of colourful lights.
