Mandu Fort – Madhya Pradesh

Mandu is a ruined city located in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh and is home to a large fort that is a popular sightseeing destination for local as well as international travelers. To get to Mandu takes a few hours only from the capital city of Bhopal if one makes use of the rental car services that are available at both the airport as well as at the train station.

The Mandu Fort was built several hundred years ago and the catacombs of the fort are now open for the viewing of the public.
